Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indonesia for a Spa and Recreation Manager. The Spa and Recreation Manager will oversee the daily operations of spa and recreation facilities, manage and lead the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include curating wellness and recreational activities, monitoring budgets, implementing therapeutic recreation programs, and maintaining high service standards. Qualifications Strong supervisory and team leadership skills to manage spa and recreation staff effectivelyExpertise in recreational activities and knowledge of therapeutic recreation programsExcellent communication skills for engaging with staff, guests, and stakeholdersProficiency in budgeting and financial oversight for spa and recreation operationsDemonstrated ability to organize and implement high-quality leisure and wellness activitiesPrevious experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficialCertification or training in recreation management or related field is advantageous
