Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Velika Gorica for a Repair Specialist. The Repair Specialist will handle daily tasks including diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring the highest level of service quality. A focus on troubleshooting, applying best practices in repair techniques, and actively ensuring customer satisfaction is essential. The role also involves communication with clients to explain repairs and advise on maintenance routines. Qualifications Strong expertise in Appliance and Vehicle Repair, as well as Maintenance and Repair services.Proficiency in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues effectively.Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction through quality service.Excellent Communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients.Attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to safety standards.Previous experience in vehicle repair and servicing is an advantage.Technical certification or training in automotive repair is preferred.
