The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between Finance leaders and their reporting & analytics teams, translating complex finance challenges into actionable insights and delivering high-quality, data-driven reporting. The role requires interaction with A-level stakeholders, providing strategic insights to senior leaders, including CFOs and top finance executives. Previous finance experience is highly desirable.Main Responsibilities:Serve as the single point of contact for Finance stakeholders.Collaborate with Finance leaders to identify, analyze, and specify reporting requirements.Drive end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities.Centralize reporting requests and maintain governance to prevent duplicates.Propose and implement reporting and analytics strategies for Finance.Analyze complex finance data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior Finance leadership (A-level stakeholders).Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all Finance reporting and analytics deliverables.Act as a subject matter expert on reporting and analytics tools and methodologies.Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems.Requirements:Business and results-oriented mindsetStrong interest in reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and change-management skillsAbility to propose solutions in a complex environment4+ years of previous experience in BI reporting Proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, formulas) and PowerPointPrevious experience in any BI tool is a mustFamiliarity with MicroStrategy or Power BI is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple prioritiesWhat We Offer:Super flexible hybrid model of work Additional days paid vacationMultisport CardAdditional health insuranceFood Vouchers on top of your net salaryYear-end bonusExcellent development opportunitiesAccess to various learning and training platformsIf you find yourself in the description above and want to be part of a forward-thinking international team, don’t hesitate to apply today!
