This includes assisting with defining reports, setting up reports and troubleshooting issues related to reports. Also, the analyst will provide technical guidance, and best practices to our clients and stakeholders to ensure continuity of reports and services.What You’ll DoThe overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge of reports and OnDemand to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks while providing an exemplary client / stakeholder experience.Responsibilities:Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore IBM Content Manager OnDemand services. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service as well.Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks as well as partner with stakeholders and vendor defining product and service roadmaps.Provide technical/strategic direction to team members and serve as a SME to senior stakeholders and /or others as needed.Review requirement documents, define hardware & software requirements and update processes and procedures as necessaryResponsible for applications dealing with the overall operating systemConduct project related research.
