Representative in Singapore (Maritime Transportation)

Job Responsibilities:Customer development and maintenance: A. Record customer visits, identify customer needs (product type, shipping route, monthly shipment volume, etc.) and key customer pain points (price/efficiency/service quality); B. Analyze success cases & failure cases after customer visits and improve the marketing strategies;External resources development Keep a positive relationship with other maritime companies, collect the business information in the market and expand trade lanes by working with other shipping companies on certain trade lanes, cabin swapping, buying or selling, etc.;Branch office in Singapore establishment Attract strong talents from Maritime industry and build the operation team and. branch office in Singapore;Business support Look for good freight resources to support the business team;Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, majored in international trade, marketing, engineering management, or related fields are preferred;3+ years of experience in logistics or trade-related industries, preferably from listed companies, with 3+ years of experience in business development or project management with logistics/shipping background ;Good command of calculation rules for demurrage fees at main global ports, and fluctuation patterns in the container leasing market (linkage between long-term contract prices and spot market prices);Fluent in English and Chinese;Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and good at cross-team cooperation & coordination;Experience in international trade practices, cross-cultural negotiation, project management (such as PMP), or compliance and risk control would be a plus;
