Client: Province of New BrunswickDepartment: Department of HealthBusiness Days: 500 days **Closing Date/Time: November 13th, 2025, 10:30 AM ESTOffice Location: In Fredericton, RemoteEstimated Work Start Date: 24-Nov-2025 Estimated Work End Date: 23-Nov-2027Standard Hours per day: 7.5 hours work dayNoteThe location of work will be remote, but the proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration.DeliverablesThe successful proponents must deliver the following, to successfully complete the engagement:Detailed review of existing business requirements.Collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirement, including gap analysis.Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless adoption of clinical standards.Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project; recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness.Build, validate, and test clinical content in the CISCollaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project, including effective communication plans for stakeholders.The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignmentRequirement Detail/QualificationsGeneral Duties:Support the software development team.Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.Eligibility and Application StepsIf you are enthusiastic about this exciting opportunity, we kindly request you to provide the following documents: hrsmss@smsoftconsulting.comWithout mandatory documents, we cannot submit a candidate.Updated Resume in word format (Mandatory)Skills Matrix and References (Mandatory)Expected hourly rate (Mandatory)Visa Status (Mandatory)LinkedIn ID (Mandatory)Please only apply if you meet the qualifications mentioned above.
