These services are designed to improve how companies interact with investors and streamline related processes.As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for collating, maintaining, and updating relevant fields in the database with accurate information in accordance with the defined work process. You will be analyzing these content sets by reviewing official updates from our trusted sources that can be in the form of feeds, corporate action mails, press releases, and other reports; thereby making it available to FactSet clients in real-time and in top quality. You will report to the Team Lead and assist in meeting the team’s business goals by meeting your individual targets. This role requires onsite work as needed within a hybrid work schedule.What You'll DoData Intake and Validation: Execute the processing of large datasets into customer accounts with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.Timely Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer data issues promptly, working closely with Customer Success Managers to understand and resolve challenges.Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer data uploads and outline the processes for training and reference.Communication with Customer Success Team/Clients: Communicate effectively with the customer success team/clients, providing updates on upload progress, challenges, and resolutions. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure alignment between upload processes and customer service goals.Required SkillsWhat We're Looking ForGraduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalentComputer Literacy to effectively use the database and software for collection and processing of content/dataGood Knowledge of financial markets to ensure effective understanding of assigned content/marketDesired SkillsMust have good communications skills - written & verbal need to interact with external and internal clientsNumerical skills to ensure understanding of the financial data to be collected and/or processedAnalytical skills and detail orientation to ensure accuracy of dataGood knowledge of Excel.
