Joining the team means being part of a collaborative and fast-evolving environment, where your expertise and leadership will directly shape the company’s future.About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on and technically strong R&D Engineer to support new product development, sustain engineering, and cross-functional improvement initiatives. This role involves leading design activities based on customer requirements, supporting design documentation and DHF creation, and collaborating closely with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to bring high-quality products to market. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with mechanical structures and precision components, and contributing to meaningful MedTech innovation, this opportunity offers both challenge and impact.Key Responsibilities• Lead the design and development of new products based on customer requirements, ensuring robust engineering solutions and full compliance with design control and DHF processes.• Drive continuous improvement of existing products by analysing customer feedback, internal performance data, and cross-functional inputs• Provide hands-on technical support and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise product cost, improve assembly efficiency, and strengthen delivery performance.• Support project management activities throughout the new product introduction (NPI) cycle, ensuring timelines, documentation, and technical deliverables are met.• Contribute to engineering excellence through proactive problem-solving, innovation, and timely execution of additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.Requirements• Degree or Master in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Material Science.• Minimum 5 years working experience in medical device industry, executed new product development progress and project management.• Be experienced with medical instruments or active medical device, be competent with mechanical structure design, complex plastic parts structure design, and understand the related medical standards.• Good cross department communication and collaboration;• Creo modelling skills and innovative product design capability.• Mechanical structure design competence including plastic design, metal part design, etc.• Be familiar with ISO 13485 or FDA QSR design control.• Be familiar with plastic injection molding process, metal machinery process.• Problem Solving and self-motivate.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company where your expertise truly makes an impact.Lead strategic quality initiatives and help shape a stronger operational foundation.Work closely with senior management in an open, collaborative culture.Opportunity to build and scale quality processes in a dynamic, evolving environment.Competitive remuneration with clear leadership visibility and growth potential.EA License No: R25158865
