Job Description

The Assistant Manager for Research and Advisory will be responsible in conducting research through primary and secondary means, make use of different tools to analyze the data, and generate reports that impart meaningful insight on market trends. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal. Job Description:Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements such as but not limited to market studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use studiesSpearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in depth interviews and other research process including conducting field work as neededAnalyse data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision-making processModel project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others)Fulfill any other duties assigned by immediate supervisorMaintain a high level of confidentiality in the conduct of one’s work Qualifications:College GraduateAt least 4 years' work experience in related fieldWilling to travelProficiency in using Microsoft OfficeAble to pivot tables in excel
