🧬 We're Hiring: Research Associate – Stem Cell / iPSC! 🧬We are seeking to hire a Research Associate II - iPSc in South San Francisco, CA📍 Location: South San Francisco, United States⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office💼 Role: Research Associate II - iPScPay Scale: $74, 256- $120, 120 (Dependent on Experience)What You'll Do Primary responsibility will be to execute protocols to maintain and differentiate inducedpluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) Other activities will include support for Cell Therapy related activities (e.g. cell differentiation,molecular biology analytics). Perform analytical workflows encompassing but not limited to gene-based assays and cell-basedassays. Data acquisition, analysis, interpretation and communication of findings in internal scientificmeetings Maintain compliance with lab safety, training and documentationWhat We're Looking For BS/MS in Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics or a related discipline Strong background in sterile aseptic mammalian cell culture techniques and experience workingwith human iPSCs Technical expertise in some of the following areas: molecular assays (NGS, RT-PCR, dd-PCR), iPScdifferentiation, cell based functional assays, image acquisition/analysis, flow cytometry.
