Research Executive, Quantitive Research

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Research Executive to join our Quantitative Research team under the Business Delivery Unit. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end support across research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and insight generation are key to driving client success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, execution, and management of quantitative research projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.Assist in questionnaire development, survey scripting checks, sample management, and fieldwork coordination.Perform data cleaning, validation, and tabulation using statistical software or Excel-based tools.Analyze survey results to identify patterns, and actionable insights that address client objectives.Prepare PowerPoint reports and visual dashboards that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.Collaborate closely with internal teams (research, analytics, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.1 year of experience in quantitative market research (internship experience considered).Solid understanding of research fundamentals (sampling, weighting, questionnaire design, statistical significance).Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, and Tableau)Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and logical reasoning skills.Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.Organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Team player with a proactive and curious mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Bilingual in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) preferred.
