Job Description
We are looking for a Research Technician to join Aisti's R&D team of four experts. In this role, you are responsible for pilot plant operations and participating to the applied technology research and product development projects. Work location is in Aisti’s R&D center in Vaajakoski, Jyväskylä. The role also involves some travel to facilities of cooperation partners.In this role, you will be directly employed by Aisti on a permanent contract. Barona Engineering is acting as the recruitment partner. The desired start date for the position is December 1st, 2025 or at the beginning of 2026.Your main responsibilities will be:Plan, prepare and carry-out trials in pilot plantDocument research and development activities and resultsExecute mechanical installations and assemblies in pilot plantDevelop daily operations, facilities and systems in pilot plantParticipate to the R&D projectsParticipate to the development of new process and product solutions.The work tasks in pilot plant involve repetitive moderately heavy manual liftings.
