PRTR SEARCH - RESEARCHER/ EXECUTIVE SEARCH - SALARY AND COMMISSIONREPORTS TO DIRECTOR OF DELIVERYABOUT PRTR SEARCHPRTR Search will launch in 2026 as the executive search arm of PRTR Group PCL, focused on delivering senior leadership across manufacturing, industrial, and digital infrastructure sectors. We combine experience, market intelligence, and personal relationships to deliver precise leadership appointments that define performance.I am seeking a Researcher to work directly with me, the Director of Delivery, supporting high-profile retained mandates and helping to build Thailand’s most relationship-driven executive search practice.The Researcher will be the analytical and operational backbone of our search delivery function.This role involves market mapping, talent intelligence gathering, and proactive candidate identification across Thailand and ASEAN. You’ll partner directly with the Director of Delivery to execute retained search projects — supporting assignments from discovery to shortlist.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market mapping and talent intelligence across target companies and sectors.Identify and profile senior executives and functional leaders relevant to each search.Develop company target lists, org charts, and competitor analysis to guide outreach.Build and maintain accurate candidate databases and project trackers.Coordinate initial outreach on LinkedIn, email, or phone with professionalism and confidentiality.Support candidate screening, referencing, and scheduling during live searches.Prepare research briefs, longlists, and weekly progress reports for client updates.Track market movements, new plant openings, leadership transitions, and investment news.Contribute to thought leadership and sector intelligence for client discussions.EXPERIENCEMinimum 12 months experience in research, executive search, or recruitment within Thailand.Proven capability in executive-level candidate identification (mid–senior level and above).Strong knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.Excellent research and analytical skills — able to connect dots across companies and roles.Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Excel/Sheets, and data management tools.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and curiosity.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.BACKGROUNDNaturally curious and commercially minded — someone who wants to know how businesses really run.Detail-focused and reliable; able to manage multiple live searches without losing accuracy.Confident to challenge assumptions and offer insight, not just data.Enjoys being part of a small, high-performance team where every placement matters.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFERDirect exposure to C-level, board, and investor-led searches across Thailand and ASEAN.Close collaboration with senior leadership and hands-on mentoring from the Director of Delivery.Opportunity to grow into a Consultant or Delivery Manager role within 12–18 months.Competitive salary + performance bonus + strong career development within PRTR Group.
