Together, we’ll shape the future of pet nutrition in Southeast Asia and contribute to Mars’ ongoing success.What You’ll DoAs our SEA Wet Product Development Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:Lead R&D for innovation and renovation projects – Develop wet pet food products that delight pets and meet consumer needsEnsure compliance and consistency – Deliver products that meet Mars’ quality, safety, and nutritional standardsExecute product development – Drive projects from kitchen prototypes to industrial scale-up and successful launchCollaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless executionWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who has:5–10 years in food manufacturing or R&D, ideally in wet food or meat processingStrong in product development, scale-up, and technical problem-solvingAgile learner with excellent teamwork and communication abilitiesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fieldWhy Work at Mars?At Mars, We Offer More Than Just a Job – We Offer a Career With a Purpose And Great Perks!
