Role Description This is a full-time on-site Reseller Hosting role located in Jakarta. The Reseller Hosting professional will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting hosting resellers, and troubleshooting technical issues. Day-to-day tasks will also include creating and modifying hosting packages, maintaining server performance, and assisting clients in scaling their web hosting needs effectively. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also expected. Qualifications Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web hosting, cPanel/WHM, domain management, and server performance monitoring.Customer Support: Excellent client service orientation, experience in troubleshooting, and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively.Marketing and Sales: Knowledge of reseller hosting business models, pricing strategies, and the ability to assist resellers in growing their businesses.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client needs.Education and Experience: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the web hosting industry is a significant advantage.Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of web development tools, such as HTML, CSS, or PHP, is a plus.
