As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsLead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goalsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and campaignsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersForecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managementImplement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's competitive edgeRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and servicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a relevant industryProven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionalsExcellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationshipsProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsStrategic planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategiesAnalytical mindset with the capability to interpret market trends and competitor activitiesExperience in managing budgets and resource allocationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsVisionary approach to sales with a focus on long-term growth and innovationFluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
