If you find that you fit this role, come join us!What You Will Do :Understand prospective clients requirements comprehensively during sales processesProvide accurate assessment and solution formulation that help prospective clients achieve their objectivesRespond in a timely way to product/solution related enquiriesKeep track of key account metrics on the effectiveness of recommended solutionsCommunicate progress to both internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate upgrading of product knowledge in Qiscus Business teamTake initiative in identifying growth opportunitiesWhat You Will Bring to the Role :Possess experience in business development or technical assessment in the IT sector, particularly, SaaSHave sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as technical knowledge to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologiesGood technical and product knowledge and working knowledge of sales softwareHighly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to managementAbility to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessaryHave an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or in-personPossess excellent communication and negotiation skillsFluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
