Job Title: Reservation Analyst. Department: ReservationsCompensation: $2,000/monthLocation: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor (Temp-to-Perm)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)Contract AnalystWe’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Analyst to keep our marina contracts and reservations running smoothly. This role is all about accuracy, organization, and making sure requests are handled on time so customers get their invoices and contracts without delay or errors. You’ll work closely with onsite property teams and be responsible for keeping our core systems (Wrike, Molo, and Excel) accurate and up to date.What You’ll DoProcess new contracts and reservations: Requests come in through Wrike from property teams. You’ll review the forms, make sure everything is filled out correctly, and then enter the information into Molo so contracts and invoices are generated quickly and accurately.Handle renewals: When contracts are due for renewal, you’ll prepare an Excel document that guides the process — assigning rates, applying increases if needed, following naming instructions, and making sure the renewal is done properly.Monitor and prioritize requests: Track incoming requests in Wrike; prioritize, assign, or escalate as necessary.Support the department: Provide administrative and project support to the Contracts Manager and team while helping keep workflows clean and organized.Apply critical thinking: Evaluate requests, determine what is needed, and proactively resolve issues.Maintain accuracy: Every contract, reservation, and renewal must be entered and processed with precision so errors don’t carry over into invoices or property records.Stay accountable: Take ownership of requests from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.Support reporting: Keep data accurate in Excel to support weekly KPI and occupancy reporting.Communicate clearly: Work directly with onsite property teams via email, phone, and Wrike comments to clarify missing details or resolve discrepancies.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in contracts, operations, or similar roles.Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, rate assignments).Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFull English proficiency — able to read, write, and communicate clearly.Very detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.Able to stick to calendars, meet deadlines, and be proactive when solving problems.Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate requests and resolve issues.Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with workflow, CRM, or marina management software (e.g., Wrike, Molo).Experience in marinas, hospitality, or real estate.
