Staff Accountant - Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst with a background in Accounting and Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and operational reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and automate financial, budgetary, and performance reports.Analyze budget variances, revenue/expense trends, and key financial indicators.Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to understand reporting needs.Build interactive dashboards for financial data visualization.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar roles.Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.Strong knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting principles.Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
