Reservations Consultant

Looking for a Reservations Consultant to join our Travel Support team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Consultant based in Knysna. The Reservations Consultant will handle daily tasks such as managing bookings, assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, and facilitating sales efforts such as upselling and cross selling of all related offerings. Qualifications Experience in Reservations and SalesStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsKnowledge of OPERA and related booking channelsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectivelyPrevious experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred
