Company DescriptionCanyon Hotels & ResortsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Reservations Manager. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all reservation activities. This includes handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the sales team, training staff, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Reservations Manager will be required to develop and implement reservation strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.Key duties and responsibilitiesManage reservations: Oversee all room bookings, handle inquiries, confirm reservations, and ensure accuracy. Staff management: Recruit, train, and schedule reservations staff, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to hotel policies. Guest relations: Handle and resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience. Revenue and occupancy management: Work with sales and marketing to implement pricing strategies, manage room inventory, and forecast occupancy to maximize revenue. Reporting and analysis: Create reports on booking rates and revenue for management and use this data to adjust sales strategies. System and procedure management: Ensure all reservation systems are used correctly and that staff follow all hotel procedures. Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure a seamless experience for guests. QualificationsExperience in the Reservations or similar roleStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsAbility to train and manage staff effectivelyExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in computer systems and reservation softwareBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
