As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedulesCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project executionConduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanshipPrepare and maintain detailed technical reports, progress updates, and site documentationAnalyze and resolve complex engineering and construction issues as they ariseEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in DubaiManage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materialsLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as requiredImplement and maintain effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycleContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in construction managementApply sustainable construction practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer for Building/Villas projects with 15+ total years of experience in the construction industryUAE experience required, with a strong familiarity of local construction standards and regulations in Dubai.Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and industry best practicesThorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and site safety protocolsExcellent project management skills, including resource allocation, scheduling, and contract managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management softwareOutstanding technical report writing and documentation skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentExperience with sustainable construction practices and innovative solutionsKnowledge of contract management and dispute resolution techniquesWillingness to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with potential travel to other project locations as required
