LocationThis is a hybrid role. Our office is located at Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, 5th Avenue, BGC. Collaboration with Underwriters and Investor Operations will be key to ensuring high-quality analysis and risk mitigation.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will analyze the value of the subject properties we invest in (US residential real estate).You’ll the value of the collateral as presented by property valuation products.You’ll research the subject property and comparables using online sources including county records and information provided by real estate professionals and homeowners.You’ll work closely with the Underwriting and Investor Operations teams to ensure a high level of analytical quality.About YouMeticulous attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable presenting and defending analysis decisions.Excited about joining an early-stage tech company, interested in real estate, interested in fintech.Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
