At Anantara Kihavah, team members become part of a dedicated family, passionate about crafting unforgettable experiences in one of the world’s most inspiring destinations.Job DescriptionWHY THIS JOB EXISTSTo ensure uncompromising excellence in every aspect of the guest journey, the Resort Manager leads and elevates day‑to‑day hotel operations while embodying and representing the standards of the property and the General Manager at all times.Deliver world‑class guest experiences that meet the expectations of luxury travelers and discerning clientele.Inspire high‑performing teams to operate with efficiency, precision, and service elegance.Protect and enhance the hotel’s financial performance through disciplined operations, optimized manpower, and effective time management.Ensure the consistent execution of Minor Hotels’ brand standards, corporate programs, and strategic initiatives.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide unified leadership across all operational departments, ensuring flawless daily execution aligned with luxury positioning.Act as the property's senior representative in the absence of the General Manager.Maintain a visible presence throughout the resort to engage guests and support teams.Champion a culture of anticipatory service.Elevate the service culture through coaching on refinement and personalized interaction.Ensure all guest touchpoints reflect sophistication and warmth.Resolve guest concerns with discretion and speed.Drive profitability through optimized manpower and cost control.Analyze performance metrics to improve productivity.Ensure time and resources are used efficiently.Mentor department heads to strengthen leadership capability.Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment.Uphold high professional standards.Implement all Minor Hotels initiatives and guidelines.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational requirements.Maintain property appearance and ambiance to luxury standards.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.A Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or MBA is an advantage.Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality operations.At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role such as Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations.Experience working in luxury island resorts or remote destinations is highly preferred.Proven ability to manage multi-department resort operations.Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial performance management, and budgeting.Ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining luxury service standards.Experience managing departmental KPIs and productivity targets.Additional InformationEnjoy the #PassionPoweredGrowth with us I'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy Notice
