The Group has achieved sensible growth in competitive markets through unique skills blended with innovativeness and accountability.As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering excellence, we are seeking energetic, professional, and result-oriented candidates to join our dynamic teamStorekeeperResponsibilitiesReceive and issue MEP materials and tools as per site requirementsKeep accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and toolsVerify quality, quantity, condition, and specifications of incoming materialsPrepare and manage all documentation related to stock transactions (GRN, Bin Cards, delivery notes, issuing notes, etc.)Maintain accurate inventory records and documentationCoordinate with procurement, site teams, and suppliers on deliveries, returns, warranties, and surplusEnsure proper storage and preservation of materials to prevent damage or lossSupervise material usage at site to avoid wastage and misusePerform periodic physical stock checks and reconciliationsEnsure cleanliness and safety within the store premises.Key RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within MEP projects, or 3-5 years of overall experience in the construction industry.A minimum of High School Certificate; additional technical qualifications are preferredA strong understanding of MEP materials is mandatoryProficient in computer use, with mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with basic inventory software is an advantageGood communication skills in English, both written and verbalThe selected candidate will be required to work at our project site in Maldives.
