You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive, and engaging team that will empower you to reach your full potential.Take your next step with HenderCareAbout The RoleAs a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the HenderCare Foundation, focusing primarily on the recruitment and onboarding of Youth Workers. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines to support our growing workforce needs.Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting applicants. Facilitating regular assessment centres. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within recruitment systems. Collaborating with HR, Compliance, and internal teams to support onboarding, training, and documentation. Attending career expos and community events to promote HenderCare and build brand awareness. Whether your experience comes from agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition, or employment services, you bring strong end-to-end recruitment skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.You Will BringProven experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services). Confidence in engaging with candidates directly and building rapport over the phone. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable manner. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate data.
