We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and uphold the highest standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and service teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain strong guest relationships.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to achieve operational efficiency.Drive revenue growth through creative promotions, events, and superior service delivery.Prepare and analyze reports on sales, costs, and guest satisfaction metrics.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Proven record in managing and developing high-performing teams.Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service etiquette, and financial management.Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.MONTHLY SALARY IS 400,000 NGN.
