You will be responsible for the smooth running of service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence within your team.Your main responsibilities will include:• Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless guest service • Leading, training, and motivating the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality • Ensuring adherence to quality and service standards consistent with the hotel’s positioning • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to enhance menu offerings and service flow • Managing reservations, seating plans, and special guest requests • Monitoring guest feedback and proactively addressing any service issues • Managing stock control, operating costs, and daily reporting in line with departmental budgets • Upholding hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards across operations • Supporting the F&B management team in creating signature dining experiences that reflect Venetian heritage and contemporary eleganceWhat We're Looking For• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards • Proven ability to manage and develop a motivated, multicultural team • Financial awareness and ability to control costs while maximizing revenue opportunities • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage) • Professional presentation and attention to detail aligned with luxury standardsWhat We Offer• A key management role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts • The opportunity to manage an acclaimed dining venue in an exceptional historical setting • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Accommodation, meals, uniform, and on-property benefits • Training, career growth, and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector • A collaborative, multicultural, and inspiring team environmentApply NowReady to lead a restaurant that embodies Venetian elegance and world-class hospitality?
