The ideal candidate will bring passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a busy operation.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfactionLead, train, and motivate a diverse front-of-house team to achieve performance and service standardsDrive revenue and manage budgets while maintaining operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardsCollaborate with culinary and corporate teams to maintain brand standards and implement new initiativesIdeal Candidate:Proven 1–2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale fine dining and/or high-volume dining operationRecent European experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality setting is highly preferredStrong leadership, people management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesGood communication skills in English, additional language skills such as Italian, French, or Spanish will be highly preferred.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, luxury environmentPassionate about guest service with a keen eye for detail
