They anticipate guest needs, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure each interaction reflects the standards of fine dining hospitality.Menu Knowledge & Presentation: A comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and wine pairings, is essential. The Waiter/Waitress confidently guides guests through menu selections and performs tableside preparations such as carving, flambé, or dessert presentations with precision and flair.Table Setup & Service Coordination: Responsible for the meticulous setup of tables, the employee ensures proper placement of silverware, glassware, and china, paying close attention to every detail.
