Company Description The Lead Business Living a 4 stars hotel located in Freetown Sierra Leone is looking forward to recruit a restaurant manager. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Freetown. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a positive work environment. The Restaurant Manager will also contribute to staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations, aiming to maintain high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional dining experiences.Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.Experience in Hiring and training staff to maintain a professional and efficient team.Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations to oversee menu offerings and inventory management.Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee and manage a team efficiently.Familiarity with food safety regulations and hospitality industry best practices.Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.Only CVs that meet our criterias will be selected.Interested candidates should send their CV to rmoukheiber@gmail.com
