This role is ideal for a technically strong professional seeking to take on greater responsibility and grow into a future Maintenance Engineer position.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise field technicians during preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of all scheduled tasks across assigned sites.Lead on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex (Level 2–3) technical issues.Monitor performance metrics via SCADA and system dashboards; analyse data on energy generation, consumption, and equipment status to identify recurring issues and develop corrective action plans.Provide on-the-job coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to district technicians.Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards during all field interventions.QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEQualification required: Technical diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Experience: 4–7 years of experience in solar or hybrid power system Operations and Maintenance.
