This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of food quality and guest experience, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Manage all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest service by monitoring dining experiences, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and ensure optimal staffing levels for peak periods.Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue through effective menu planning, upselling techniques, and waste reduction. Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Conduct regular audits and maintain proper documentation for inspections.Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality products.Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
