Job description :We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant services at Pondok Ketam Viral. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and high-quality food standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on supervision, and the ability to manage both staff and customer relations effectively.Responsibilities:Supervise daily restaurant operations.Ensure high standards of customer service.Manage and train service staff.Monitor inventory and order supplies.Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist in menu planning, promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives.Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.Handle and report daily sales performance to management.Support management in achieving operational and financial goals.Requirements:Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage service.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Able to travel to and work at Kelana Jaya location.Looking for local candidates (Malaysian citizens only).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused mindset.Experience with POS systems and inventory management.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related degree preferred.Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Staff meal provided.Uniform provided.Hostel accommodation for male staff provided.Opportunities for career growth and development.
