Job ResponsibilitiesTo serve customers with passion and integrityProvide excellent Customer Service to all CustomersPerform sales transactions and handle customers’ enquiries on mobile/smartphone & M1 servicesTo handle other non sales area including logistics and cashiering roles where requiredTo work towards acquiring strong knowledge of M1 product and servicesJob RequirementsDiploma in any discipline with or without experience, or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level or ITE with a minimum 1 year's sales experienceDemonstrate effective communication skills and ensure professionalism and a high standard of service is accorded to customers at all timesPositive attitude for delivering excellent service quality to customers with passion and integrity.Must have a team player mentality to achieve shop and company’s targets and KPIsWilling to perform shift duties on weekends and public holidaysKnowledge of wireless and internet solutions would be an advantage
