Company ProfileA new AI software firm in the Japanese market, that help address some of the most pressing challenges for retailers is now hiring for a retail-specialized Business Consultant to lead their first customer implementation in Japan. The RoleAs a Business Consultant, you will lead and deliver software implementation projects across the full lifecycle. You will drive customer value through process design, business analysis, tool configuration, training, and change management.You will be part of an APAC consulting team, consisting of 8 consultants spread out across the APAC regionLead end-to-end software implementation and consulting projects.Act as a trusted advisor, aligning best practices with customer strategySupport pre-sales with scoping, value assessment, benefit analysis, and ROI case creation.Lead workshops and define solution design.
