Retail Manager – Luxury Concept Stores

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our luxury concept stores, NOUS and Concept N. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience aligned with the brands’ modern and premium identity.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service excellence.Manage store operations, including vendor coordination, inventory, and visual merchandising.Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and expense control in collaboration with the Finance team.Partner with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management.Build and maintain strong client and VIP relationships.Support marketing activities, events, and brand activations.Requirements:Proven experience in luxury retail management or concept store environments.Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience liaising with vendors, finance, and HR departments.Passion for fashion, style, and luxury retail.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
