Retail Risk Policy Manager

Job Responsibilities:-Support the Retail Risk Credit Policy head in monitoring the risk policy criteria and keep track of changes.- Ensure timely & effective monitoring and control of the retail lending book.- Manage credit exposure proactively through in-depth analysis of portfolio income performance resulting from lending and market campaigns for Business Banking portfolio. - Guide and support branches and business line on all matters related to Retail Risk policies.-Ensure timely & effective monitoring and control of the retail lending book.-Manage SLAs with internal customers. - Participate with product, assessment & Sales to improve approval rates through rule optimization, sourcing lists quality improvement, contest process and delivering required training to the front liners & Assessment teams.- Adhere to the credit cycle process for launching test, post implementation review, normalization & portfolio management aligning with business partners. - Ensure that all retail risk policies are adhering to the CBE regulation, in line with bank strategy.- Perform any requests by the direct manager.- Management and administration of the work of loans policy, Cards & OVDs Policy, Retail Risk deviations.- Explore new improved and alternative ways of doing business, transfer the know-how to others in the department.-Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Risk Policy field.
