Global Markets Support Junior Officer

Purpose:Act as a point of contact for all third-party matters, responsible for all the pre-sales & operational support for Global Markets.Responsibilities:Prepare marketing and sales materials and attend client meetings with the Sales team to initiate commercial discussions and present information about products, services and account structure.Understand and handle clients’ requests and cash/stocks management inquires in a timely manner.Set up clients’ accounts and complete all the setup procedures for newly activated clients and ensure all account information is complete, up to date and properly recorded. Coordinate with the relevant parties to facilitate the services.Support clients in: a. placing orders. b. transferring stocks. c. updating their information. d. corporate action events. e. handling the onboarding and back-office paperwork and procedures.5.Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.6.Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.7.Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Analyst: from 0- 2 years’ experience, Associate: A minimum of 2 years’ experience the financial or Brokerage fields.Basic knowledge of stock market trading and stock transfers.Basic troubleshooting skills in IT networking, internet connections, MS Windows, etc.Good client management skills; can understand and proactively address different clients’ needs.Good marketing and selling capabilities.Good negotiation skills.Excellent command of Arabic and English.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.Attention to details; ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.Manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload.“Thank you for your interest in applying to EFG Holding.
