Quality Manager

Job Purpose: Manage, coordinate, and perform required activities in the quality function, which is designed to ensure continuous improvement, ensure that the products provided meets both external and internal requirements, including customer expectations. Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the Quality System is functioning properly.Job Responsibilities & Authorities:Resp.Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.Enhance product performance through continuous improvement for quality department activities.Standardize inspection processes for all check gates related to the process (inspection to FG).Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.Supervise lab engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.Take the lead to implement ISO standards and make sure to get all certificates needed to ensure our process is meeting quality standards.Ensure department KPIs are met.Implement performance improvement plans to his team.Analyze historical data related to product performance to create quality strategy for product performance areas of improvement.Submit detailed reports to the plant head with detailed statistical analysis for product quality.Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.Authority:Authority to do all that is necessary to fulfill the objective of assuring quality such as releasing products.Authority to shut down the machine in case of having production issue.Authority to handle all the admin tasks concerning Lab Machines.Authority of personnel actions to his subordinates.Authority to manage all the financial issues based on approved Budget.
