Across our four integrated divisions: Strategic Foresight & Resilient Growth, Intelligent Platforms & Data Ecosystems, Augmented Workforce & Future-Ready Culture, and Hyper-Personalized Customer Value, we help leaders turn ambition into measurable impact.The RoleThe Delivery Director is the operational anchor of Salem Group’s transformation engine.You’ll ensure every engagement moves seamlessly from strategy to execution — delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable value.Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll lead a distributed team across Beirut, Abu Dhabi, and Cairo, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.This is a role for a builder — a professional who thrives on precision, leadership, and operational excellence.What You’ll DoLead all transformation project delivery across divisions, ensuring consistency, impact, and operational discipline.Implement and maintain Delivery Framework 2.0 — planning, review cycles, and quality assurance that scale across hubs.Partner with the COO and our Expert Network Office to align expertise and delivery capacity with project demand.Track margins, utilization, and client health metrics to deliver both transformation impact and profitability.Maintain excellence across deliverables, ensuring every output demonstrates rigor, data, and measurable results.Build live dashboards with the Transformation Analyst to monitor delivery performance and efficiency.Coach project managers and pod leads to strengthen delivery capability and client management discipline.What You Bring10+ years in consulting, transformation delivery, or operational leadership.Proven record of managing large-scale programs in government, enterprise, or development sectors.Strong experience in project governance, resource management, and data-driven delivery.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Comfort working in a regional, multi-hub environment across diverse delivery teams.
