The role focuses on deepening the penetration of the company’s products among individual investors and ensuring strong brand visibility in the retail segment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to achieve assigned retail sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the individual investor and mass market segments.Promote investment products, including mutual funds, fixed income, and structured investment solutions.Conduct presentations, webinars, and investment forums to educate potential clients.Generate leads through referrals, digital marketing, and partnership channels.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.Understand customer investment goals and recommend appropriate products.Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries or complaints.Maintain client data and interactions in the company’s CRM system.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.Recommend innovative sales approaches and product positioning strategies.Compliance & Process AdherenceEnsure adherence to SEC, CIS, and internal compliance policies.Maintain proper documentation for all sales and client onboarding activities.Uphold the company’s ethical standards and ensure transparent communication.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of experience in retail investment sales, asset management, or financial services.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Sound knowledge of investment products and financial markets.Professional certifications (CIS, ACIB, or equivalent) are an added advantage.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent sales and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Analytical and strategic thinker.High ethical standards and attention to detail.
