Retail sales supervisor - Alex

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Alex Governorate.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of retail sales representatives, overseeing sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the company’s targets are met.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor daily market activities and identify new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.Support the sales team with training, motivation, and field visits.Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and brand visibility.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail sales supervision, preferably in the FMCG / food industry.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent knowledge of the Gharbia market and local retailersBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive incentives.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Supportive and dynamic work environment.
