The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage store staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service issues, and maintain store standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, and preventing retail loss.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in Store Management and Retail Loss PreventionProven leadership abilities and team managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fieldExperience in the jewellery industry is a plus
