Key Responsibilities Sales & Business PerformanceAchieve and exceed store sales, profitability, and KPI targets.Implement strategies to drive footfall, conversion, and average transaction value.Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Customer ExperienceEnsure superior customer service standards are maintained at all times.Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and develop store staff in line with company policies.Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional performance. Visual Merchandising & Brand StandardsEnsure store displays, product presentation, and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines.Coordinate with the VM team for seasonal updates and promotions. Inventory & OperationsOversee stock management, including replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock audits.Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational policies. Reporting & CoordinationSubmit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Area or Regional Manager.Coordinate with the HO and other departments (HR, VM, Marketing, Supply Chain) as needed.Qualifications & SkillsGraduate/Postgraduate in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.48 years of experience in fashion or apparel retail (with at least 2 years in a managerial role).Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals.Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.Key CompetenciesCustomer-Centric ApproachSales OrientationTeam LeadershipAnalytical ThinkingAttention to DetailProblem-Solving Skills
