KABO is a recognized manufacturer and exporter of high-quality knitted underwear, lounge-wear, and apparel for men, women, and children.Job Description- Position Title: Retail Stores Manager- Reporting: Reports directly to the Retail Director (continuous line), with dotted-line collaboration with HR, Finance,Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training. Leads all retail operations, ensuring strategic growth and operationaldiscipline.- Purpose of Role: To provide strategic oversight of all JIL Egypt retail operations, ensuring profitable expansion,brand consistency, and customer satisfaction. The Retail Director serves as the executive bridge betweencorporate leadership and retail execution, embedding SOP compliance, training strategy, and performance accountability.Key Responsibilities- Lead national retail expansion strategy.- Own the retail P&L, delivering profitability and ROI targets.- Manage and mentor Area Managers, ensuring consistent execution across clusters.- Collaborate with HQ functions (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing) to integrate retail operations.- Ensure VM and storytelling are implemented across all stores.- Drive customer-first culture, with NPS benchmarks consistently achieved.- Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning across the retail function.- Present retail performance to the CEO and Board.Required Qualifications- Minimum 12 years’ retail experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.- Proven record in multi-store retail management and P&L ownership.- Strong strategic vision with operational execution capability.- Advanced financial and analytical acumen.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Based in Cairo with full travel flexibility across Egypt to support store operations and new openings.
