This is a full-time, hybrid or remote (work-from-home) role that provides exposure across a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients, working on both Rooms and F&B revenue optimisation initiatives.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing performance data, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the formulation and execution of revenue optimisation strategies. You will work closely with internal consultants and client stakeholders to translate insights into commercial actions that drive profitability and sustainable growth.Key focus areas include revenue analysis, forecasting, business trend monitoring, market positioning, pricing strategy development, and performance evaluation across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse revenue performance and identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunitiesSupport the development and execution of pricing and revenue strategiesAssist in demand forecasting and performance benchmarkingMonitor industry trends, competitor behaviour, and market dynamicsContribute to evaluating marketing performance and sales effectivenessPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue strategy with business goalsSupport the implementation of revenue frameworks, tools, and optimisation initiativesQualifications & ProfileStrong understanding of Revenue Management principles, pricing strategies, and performance optimisationExposure to Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing conceptsAnalytical mindset with experience in business analysis and market researchExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategiesProficiency in analytical and reporting tools (Excel, BI tools, PMS/RMS systems preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fieldPrior experience in hospitality, consulting, or commercial roles is an advantageSingapore Citizen or Permanent Resident onlyWhy Join Rev-Mantra?Exposure to high-impact projects across leading hospitality brandsOpportunity to work across both Rooms and F&B Revenue ManagementStrong learning and mentorship environmentDynamic consulting setting with real strategic influenceFast professional growth and knowledge development
