We are transitioning our internal systems toward a fully AI-enabled, programmatic sales engine and are seeking a RevOps specialist to support and architect this next phase. You will work closely with our CEO and PMO to migrate our CRM, structure automations, and create the operational foundations that will scale our sales motion.Role OverviewWe are hiring a contractor with strong experience in RevOps, CRM migrations, AI-enabled workflows, and sales automation. Your first major project will be to lead the transition from Pipedrive to Attio, build clean relational data architecture, and ensure it integrates effectively with our outbound tools (Smart Leads, Apollo, and optionally Clay). The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-focused, and able to design efficient workflows that support programmatic, personalized outreach at scale.What You’ll DoCRM and Data Architecture* Lead the migration from Pipedrive to Attio, including importing records, mapping fields, and cleaning data.* Rebuild the CRM architecture with relations, triggers, custom objects, and automations.* Ensure Attio reflects our real-world GTM motion: leads, accounts, contacts, stages, tasks, and signals.AI-Driven Sales Automation* Set up workflows involving Smart Leads, Apollo (and Apollo API), Attio automations, Zapier or native integrations, and optionally Clay.* Implement event-driven automations for enrichment, task creation, email sequencing, and routing.System Integrations* Audit current Pipedrive to Asana and Pipedrive to Zapier workflows.* Rebuild them in Attio or via Zapier after the migration is complete.* Ensure all systems pass data cleanly and consistently.Data Enrichment and ABM Enablement* Build backend workflows to import our database of external analyses.* Enrich contacts through Apollo and Smart Leads.* Support account-based outreach at scale.* Advise on best practices for connecting AI agents to CRM data.Documentation and Alignment* Produce clear documentation for data schema, automations, workflows, and SOPs for SDRs and analysts.* Partner with our PMO to ensure the team can use and maintain the system.You’re a Great Fit If You Have* 2–5 years of RevOps experience, preferably in early-stage or fast-scaling teams.* Proven experience with Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar modern CRMs.* Strong fluency with automation tools (Zapier, Make), sales tools (Smart Leads, Apollo, Clay), and AI-driven workflows (LLM prompting, enrichment, programmatic outreach).* Ability to architect clean, relational data structures.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose scalable solutions.* Excellent communication, documentation, and proactive thinking.Nice-to-Have Skills* Experience connecting LLMs to CRM data.* Familiarity with ABM workflows and SDR processes.* General understanding of growth analytics, enrichment, or data pipelines.What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)* Attio fully set up with correct schema, workflows, and migrated data.* Automations rebuilt more cleanly than in Pipedrive.* Smart Leads and Apollo fully integrated for enrichment and outreach.* Documentation delivered and team confidently trained.* Foundation ready for programmatic outreach experiments.
