Job Description

主要职责分析剧本并进行制作拆解（Breakdown），制定拍摄计划协助项目立项文件准备与流程梳理联络选角导演、演员及幕后人员，完成签约流程搜寻和协调拍摄场地、设备、道具等资源管理拍摄日程，跟进预算控制与现场执行情况跟进后期流程，包括剪辑、混音、调色与成片交付在需要时对接客户平台或资方，确保沟通顺畅、信息传达一致解决现场突发问题，确保制作安全与效率协助推动公司与平台的标准化流程与档案管理建设
