Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：负责SiGe/SOI/GaAs/GaN等工艺上的MMIC设计LNA/SW/PA/Driver/DSA/VVA/VGA/PS/Mixer等射频芯片或模块设计Layout/Package/EVB的EM仿真 - 负责原理图设计/版图设计/芯片测试/技术文档撰写 任职资格 1、固体微电子、微波与电磁场、电路与系统等相关专业硕士及以上学历 2、对RF/Analog电路设计有浓厚兴趣，立志从事RF/Analog芯片设计工作 3、有毫米波、相控阵等射频芯片设计经验者优先 4、在校数理基础课和专业课程成绩优秀，英语6级 5、有较强学习能力和科研能力 6、工作积极主动，做事细致有条理，具有强烈的责任心
